Jobberman Ghana is proud to announce the launch of the BYU Pathway Fellows Program, a strategic partnership offering 50 Ghanaian employers the chance to host pre-vetted, high-potential graduates for a fully-funded 4-month internship. The program supports companies ready to invest in potential, fuel innovation, and be remembered for shaping Ghana’s future leaders.
These 50 high-potential graduates have a background in Business Management, Accounting, Communication Studies, Family Health & Human Services, Applied Health, Professional Studies, Information Technology and Software Development.
According to the Head of Marketing for Jobberman Ghana, Jemima Ashietey, the program is a bold, nation-building initiative, through structured, fully funded six-month internships, which will connect high-potential graduates with leading private sector companies, small and medium enterprises and development organisations, equipping them with real-world experience, leadership skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
“Each intern you host comes ready equipped with soft skills, digital fluency, and a strong foundation in business etiquette. They’re prepared not just to observe, but to contribute from day one. And the best part? The program pays their stipend. You invest nothing but mentorship and in return, you gain fresh energy, new thinking, and a strengthened employer brand, and we urge all employers to get on board and plug into this potential of future hires”, Jemima stated.
This isn’t just an internship. It’s a movement. Employers in Ghana ready to plug into potential, uplift Ghana’s young talent, and shape the future of work should apply here. Slots are Limited
