Jobberman Ghana, Ghana’s leading jobs website, has announced the appointment of Hilda Nimo-Tieku as the new CEO. Hilda will continue the work of establishing Jobberman Ghana as the primary platform for job searching, talent acquisition, and transforming workplace productivity across Ghana.
Hilda is a focused Business Development Manager with over fourteen years of experience in exceptional planning and implementation capabilities. She is experienced in service delivery, team leadership, and management with an in-depth understanding of users and market trends.
Hilda holds a Master of Science in Business Management from the University of Wales, United Kingdom, and is in the process of completing a Bachelor of Laws degree. Prior to this role, she was the Head of Sales for Jobberman Ghana, where she led a robust team transformation process and sustained operational excellence.

Hilda will resume her role as CEO of Jobberman Ghana on the 3rd of January 2022. Her focus will be to make Jobberman Ghana an established talent management company and digital marketplace for jobs which would be a go-to for both employers and job seekers.
