Requirements:

·      Must possess a minimum of JHS certificate

·      Must be competent with a minimum 1-year experience in delivery or final mile eco system

·      Having a valid motorcycle license is preferred but not mandatory

·      Demonstrate good knowledge of google maps.

·      Be honest and hardworking

·      Have good communication skills

·      Possess excellent customer service skills

 

Responsibilities

·      Ensure packages are picked up and delivered on time to customers in good condition.

·      Deliver packages according to the delivery model and delivery service to customers within the agreed window of time.

·      Support customers with any service issues and promote the use of Zippy services to potential new customers.

·      Prepare, inspect, and operate the EV’s (electric motorcycles).

·      Ensure the vehicle is kept in good condition and service is done on time.
