As a WordPress/Webflow Designer, you will craft visually appealing, user-friendly websites that combine aesthetics with functionality. You will work closely with marketing and development teams to create designs that enhance user engagement, drive conversions, and contribute to overall business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design responsive, visually engaging websites using WordPress and Webflow, ensuring seamless user experiences across all devices.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web pages and landing pages.
  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align website designs with campaign strategies and conversion goals.
  • Create landing pages optimized for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to identify and implement data-driven design improvements.
  • Ensure websites are optimized for SEO and fast load times.
  • Work with developers to translate designs into functional websites while maintaining design integrity.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in web design and user experience.


Qualification:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in web design, with a portfolio showcasing responsive and aesthetically pleasing websites.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in WordPress and Webflow, with a deep understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Strong grasp of responsive design principles and web usability standards.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, including lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and SEO.
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics for tracking user behavior and website performance.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven design improvements.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.


Preferred:

  • Experience with motion graphics and animation.
  • Skills in photography and image editing.
  • Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for websites.
