Job Summary
The Warehouse Loader will be responsible for loading and offloading goods safely and efficiently to support smooth warehouse operations. The role includes arranging products in designated areas, assisting with order preparation, and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, reliable, and able to handle goods carefully while following all safety and handling procedures.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Load and offload goods from delivery trucks and containers safely and accurately.
- Arrange and stack products in designated warehouse areas following company guidelines.
- Assist in preparing orders for dispatch to customers and retail partners.
- Verify quantities during loading and offloading to prevent shortages or damage.
- Handle goods with care to prevent breakages, contamination, or spoilage.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the warehouse and loading bay.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures in line with company and regulatory standards.
- Support the warehouse supervisor and inventory team with stock movement and record-keeping.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management or the warehouse supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of WASSCE / SHS certificate or equivalent.
- Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to lift or move heavy goods safely.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours when required.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety and handling procedures.
Location: Accra
Salary Range: Ghc 800- GHS1000
