Job Summary

VP Sales EMEA will be tasked with building on the successes within EMEA and building a professional sales organisation that drives rapid new customer and ARR growth. You will be expected to lead, inspire, mentor and coach your team to be the best they can be and work with the VP Global Sales to maximise on the opportunity within the region.

Job Description/Requirements

What you’ll be responsible for:


  • Driving consistent double digit ARR growth across EMEA
  • Inspire, lead and enable the EMEA team responsible for new business growth and revenue generation
  • Work closely with the AEs on sales process, pitch materials, value propositions and strategy to enable them to move deals from demo to close as efficiently and effectively as possible
  • Ensuring the EMEA business is run and managed on the correct set of sales metrics and KPIs
  • Maximising the value within our sales tech stack (Salesloft, Salesforce, Gong, Crayon and others) and using the data to enhance performance
  • Hiring/Leading/Mentoring a world class sales team
  • Refine and enhance sales processes to ensure a predictable, repeatable, and scalable growth
  • As a leader of the company you will be responsible for helping elevate and reinforce our positive culture of inclusion, collaboration, and innovation
  • Partner cross functionally with marketing, product, customer success, and engineering to help drive sales and meet goals
  • Building sales excellence and a "winning" sales culture
  • Identifying market growth opportunities and investing resources into acquiring new business


What you need:


  • Proven success exceeding expectations in hitting revenue targets within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment at a B2B SaaS company
  • 7-10 years experience in sales, with 3+ years in a sales leadership role
  • Proven success with sales teams going from €10m - €15m ARR to €50M+ ARR
  • Experience in mid-market and enterprise SaaS selling annual contract sizes from €10K - €50k+
  • Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
  • Naturally curious and innovative mindset who enjoys solving problems
  • Understands and embraces the pressures of growing a business rapidly
  • Ability to set a clear vision and execute on a strategy as well as roll up your sleeves to get into the details
