As the VP of Product, your mission is to grow our recurring revenue by expanding the adoption of our core product, adding product upsell opportunities, and removing friction in product discovery.

Job Description/Requirements

Your role

  • You are responsible for defining our go-to-market by building on our vertical use cases and marketing technology integration strategies.
  • You are shaping the vision for our B2B event platform: you can describe what the product does, its core components, and the value it brings to its users.
  • You are measuring what matters by instrumenting the relevant product components and you are making product decisions and experiments supported by data.
  • You are the product advocate with research analysts and key customers, and you are running our intelligence services to ensure we have clarity on what others do.
  • You are leading a growing team of product managers, designers, and technical writers. As a member of the executive team, you are reporting to the CEO, and working with the VP Engineering, VP Marketing, COO, CFO, and with our Heads of Sales.
  • Your success is defined by revenue growth, adoption and usage, user reviews and analyst citations.


Our requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience
  • Primary experience with enterprise B2B SaaS at scale ($5-50m ARR, >$50k ACV, +50% growth)
  • 3+ years of hands-on product management experience designing and shipping successful products in sales, marketing, events, enterprise collaboration, or life sciences
  • 3+ years of managing product managers, recruiting and attracting the best talents
  • Experience in building integrations with enterprise SaaS such CRMs and marketing automation platforms
  • Track record in creating and leading a successful product marketing function
  • Located within CET +/-2
