Job Title: Videographer/Editor for Music Video Production  

Work Location: In person, Accra, Ghana

Roles and Responsibilities

• Expertise in handling and operating Blackmagic and Canon R5C cameras.
• Skilled in using DJI RS3 and RS4 Pro Gimbals to ensure smooth and professional video footage.
• Capture high-quality video footage for music videos, ensuring excellent framing, lighting, and visual composition.
• Edit and post-process videos using advanced video editing software, adding effects, music, graphics, and other enhancements as needed.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and the creative team to understand and execute project requirements and objectives.
• Apply a strong understanding of video editing techniques, including color grading, audio mixing, and visual effects, to enhance the video’s overall appeal.
• Ensure that all videos align with the artist’s vision and maintain consistency, accuracy, and high quality across all projects.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and other software to create motion graphics when necessary.
• Incorporate photography into video projects as needed.
• Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in videography and social media shooting/editing styles.
• Work with various video formats and codecs.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
