Responsibilities:

Volume & Sales fundamentals

• Ensure meet/exceed monthly volume  targets/Objectives
• Develop daily sales plan with the objective to review daily achievement
• Call on minimum 25 stores per day,`5 days a week with call frequency in line with JP plus back up calls on Saturdays.
• Have 5 completed Route cards with minimum 25 customers each in Q1
• Achieve minimum 90% distribution on Core SKUs across all 25 stores all the time.
• Achieve per store target number of SKU distribution within coverage area
• Achieve superior visibility versus competition (in line with visibility guidelines) in all 125 /175 stores covered
• Ensure all sales to customers are based on company prices only
• Encourage /persuade his/her customers to sell at Company recommended prices on all SKUs in all 125 /175 stores.
• Reconcile (cash and stock) at the end of each selling day with the Clerk
• Ensure motor Bike is properly handled  at all times and in good working condition
• Ensures store reports are duly completed for all calls                     

• Can explain each step of a call  and can execute a professional call solo
• Can explain the 5 steps of a presentation in sequence, understands steps and why
• Able to make a presentation at retail and close with a suggested order
• Knows all selling Tools , their uses and how each  work
• Satisfactorily complete key records and Sales reports
• Safety Guidelines are strictly adhered to, reporting all/any safety incidents (Near Misses and Accidents)

• Minimum SSCE Holder
• Must know how to ride a TRICYCLE
