Job Summary
The Technical Assistant position is a field job responsible for providing assistance with a wide range of technical tasks and field operations of the company in its GPS Tracking and Network Services. The job offers flexible work-from-home hours, direct field deployment and with limited in-office hours required.

Job Description/Requirements
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carry out new field installations for customers
- Perform maintenance tasks on existing customer installations
- Monitor the status of all systems and installations and ensure full functionality
- Submit reports on faults and failing systems for action to be taken
- Offer support to customers on technical issues and complaints
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- SHS or Vocational/Technical Training background
- Must be between the ages of 19 - 27 years
- Technical Background, with some experience in Electrical or Mechanical systems is a plus.
- Must have excellent written and oral communications skill in English and at least one local language
- Must be willing to travel across the country to different regions for various tasks and field projects
- Proficiency in Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
- Driving experience with a valid driver's license will be a plus.
- Must be capable of working from home or field without supervision and meet performance targets and deadlines
Location: Anyaa, Market, on the Awoshie-Anyaa road, Accra.
