Roles and Responsibilities

• In charge of managing all compliances (Tax and non-tax) relating to the company
• Manage relations with tax and other regulatory officials/ departments
• Work closely with legal counsel and corporate legal team on all legal matters including contracts, reviews, resolutions, debt recovery cases, and other lawsuits
• Collaborate with stakeholders to comply with all applicable tax laws and regulations to eliminate risk
• Work closely with the supply chain and finance team on customs bonded operations and compliances
• In charge of the entity's insurance contracts evaluation, negotiations, and renewal
• Any other compliance and risk management activities assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• First Degree (MBA is an added advantage)
• Fully Qualified Tax Practitioner (CITG Member)
• 6 years Tax experience
• Leadership and communication skills
• FMCG experience
