Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition Manager in our team, you will:
- Identify and meet the recruitment needs by ensuring the proper implementation of the staffing process
- Leverage traditional and digital sourcing channels depending on the needs
- Plan recruitment pipelines for high-volume roles depending on capacities and arbitration claims
- Establish a pool of candidates to gain reactivity and quickly meet the staffing needs
- Measure, in collaboration with the HR department, the monitoring and management indicators of the site(s)/subsidiary recruitment activities
- Define and implement action plans based on the evolution of staffing demands
- Implement ATS (applicant tracking system) best practices and train your team on how to leverage the software
- Evaluate your team, define their development axis, and support their rise in competence
- Identify the training needs of your team

- Are native or proficient in English
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar function, with a proven track record in sourcing and recruitment strategies for high-volume roles
- Pride yourself on your team management skills
- Know how to structure processes and implement them within an organization

It would be a plus if you:
- Have a degree, preferably in Human Resources or similar
- Are familiar with budget forecasts and compliance, establishing cost efficiency and ROI, analyzing risks, and finding solutions to recurrent challenges
- Have experience or are familiar with an Applicant Tracking System (software totrack candidates throughout the recruiting and hiring process)
