Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Surveillance Officer, located in Accra. The Surveillance Officer will be responsible for monitoring security systems, ensuring the safety of premises, and identifying any unusual or suspicious activities. Day-to-day tasks also include preparing incident reports, supervising security measures, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The Surveillance Officer will collaborate with team members to maintain a secure environment for all staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to identify and assess potential risks and unusual activity
• Supervisory skills to lead and ensure the effectiveness of security procedures
• Excellent communication and report writing skills for clear and accurate documentation
• Relevant experience in security operations, surveillance, or similar roles
• Attention to detail and the ability to act promptly in emergency situations
• Knowledge of trading or financial systems is a plus
• Ability to work on-site and maintain professionalism under pressure
