Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Life & Career Services Officer at Palm University College in Shai Hills. The Officer will be responsible for providing student counseling, student affairs management, customer service, and career counseling services to support the students' academic and personal development. The role involves daily interaction with students to address their needs and provide guidance on various aspects of student life and career planning.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Experience in Student Counseling and Student Affairs would be a plus
• Customer Service skills
• Career Counseling expertise
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Knowledge of higher education environments

Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field
