Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

·         Student induction

·         Student study support

·         Student engagement and retention

·         Other duties: Maintenance of student folders, engage in marketing events and activities as and when required, ensure office is manned as required outside of normal office hours (this may involve some evenings and some weekend work); Review submission for student exam registration ensuring submitted within the specified deadlines, Manning the front desk as and when on schedule

 

Knowledge & Skills Required: Excellent oral and written communication skills, Ability to prioritize duties, Good organizing and planning skills, Negotiation, persuasion and conflict management skills, Ability to maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, Ability to meet deadlines, Good interpersonal skills.
