Job Description/Requirements
Tasks:
- Remove knowledge bottlenecks and lead code refactoring activities to support high maintainability and team scalability
- Coach and provide constant feedback to team members to support their professional growth
- Gain product and technology expertise, from research and validation, to design and development, to monitoring the product in production
- Hands on position, as part of your role, you will have an active role participating in the development and delivery of the product
What You'll Bring:
- At least 3 years’ experience leading development teams
- Minimum 10 years’ of experience in software development
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Proven extensive experience with Microsoft .NET technologies: .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#
- Experience with at least some of the front-end technologies: JavaScript, React, jQuery, ASP .NET MVC
