Job Description/Requirements
- Partner with Sales Leaders and Revenue Operations (Sales Operations) to determine target account list using data and analytics
- Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives and Leaders to build full-funnel, integrated marketing plans to engage target Accounts, identifying gaps in key personas and contact information within target accounts
- Create annual roadmaps and quarterly marketing plans for target accounts in both new logo and current customers
- Develop data and insight strategy to add key personas and contacts within target accounts to support account-based selling
- Design and execute 1:few and 1:many marketing initiatives to meet pipeline requirements within determined set of target accounts
- Proactively engage Account Executives to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of target account marketing activities
- Build hypotheses to test and iterate to maximize performance
- Define measurement criteria and report on metrics on a regular basis
- Identify opportunities to improve target account marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
- Communicate and educate Sales Leaders, Account Executives, and Sales Development Reps regarding new and planned target account marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional solution-based Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to identify content needed for use in ABM campaigns, programs, and other initiatives
- Work closely with broader marketing team members to develop and implement our target account strategy
- Cultivate an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring:
- 7+ years of marketing experience, of which at least 2 years must be in the Account Based Marketing domain at a multi-solution B2B software company; 5 years in Demand Gen marketing domain
- Demonstrated success with end-to-end, full-funnel account-based marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to create close alignment with sales to drive campaign results, pipeline, and impact together
- Strong technical, data analysis, and project management skills
- Familiarity and comfort with DemandBase, Marketo, and Salesforce
- A highly entrepreneurial spirit with a strong ROI orientation; someone who is clear on campaign objectives and is willing to take risks to solve them and swiftly learn from mistakes
- Energetic, passionate, and articulate communicator who can convey information to a wide variety of internal and external audiences
