Job Description/Requirements


  • Collaborate with marketing department to build campaigns with optimized targeting.
  • Research potential clients and markets to prepare for appointments.
  • Deliver both remote and on-site presentations to demonstrate software solutions to prospective customers.
  • Engage with customers after sales to check on product integration, customer satisfaction and additional needs.
  • Manage contract preparation, signature and closings through pass-off to onboarding team.
  • Maintain knowledge of market, competitors and individual customers to optimize sales strategies.
  • Use a Customer Relationship Management System to maintain company database with essential account and sales information.
  • Collaborate with sales team to increase brand awareness and enhance business development by building and maintaining relationships with key accounts.
  • Develop technical and non-technical marketing presentations, public relations campaigns, articles and newsletters.
  • Consult with clients on business issues and develop innovative, high-impact proposals.
  • Regularly update and edit content for the Company website and social media channels.
  • Increase brand awareness through creation and management of social media channels, boosting social media engagement.
  • Direct traffic growth strategies, SEO, content distribution, email marketing etc.
  • Create email blast campaigns to target key customers via email marketing platforms.
  • Implement weekly promotional and editorial strategies to improve customer engagement across channels.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to set up, monitor and analyze content success and identify opportunities for content improvement.
