Responsibilities
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of social media campaigns to ensure impact and drive target audience
- Utilize social media marketing tools and stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
- Collaborate with copywriters and graphic designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
- Monitor SEO, web traffic metrics, user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Develop social media campaigns to engage target audience
- Monitor the company’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
- Actively define, design and re-design content marketing strategy
- Create content in different online formats and write articles for new blogs
- Build and sustain brand image through content creation and utilization of social media tools
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- A minimum of 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Social media manager. Previous experience within the entertainment industry would be a plus
- Exceptional multi-tasking and analytical skills

- Knowledge of social media tools and trends
- Hands on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

- Basic knowledge in editing videos and pictures either via mobile or computer.
