Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Measure the success of social media campaigns to ensure impact and drive target audience
  • Utilize social media marketing tools and stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Collaborate with copywriters and graphic designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
  • Monitor SEO, web traffic metrics, user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Develop social media campaigns to engage target audience
  • Monitor the company’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
  • Actively define, design and re-design content marketing strategy
  • Create content in different online formats and write articles for new blogs
  • Build and sustain brand image through content creation and utilization of social media tools
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications


Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Social media manager. Previous experience within the entertainment industry would be a plus
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and analytical skills
  • Creative thinker
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to conduct intensive research
  • Knowledge of social media tools and trends
  • Hands on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Familiarity with web design
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic knowledge in editing videos and pictures either via mobile or computer.
