Our client is seeking a creative who is grilled at using storytelling, engagement, and strategy to drive our client’s brand into a must-follow destination. As a Social Media Manager, you’ll shape the voice and digital presence of our client, creating captivating content that connects with audiences, drives growth, and builds a thriving online community.
Who are we searching for?
  • You're a strategic and creative social media expert with a record of growing brand engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • You have strong content creation skills, from designing eye-catching graphics to editing short-form videos that stop the scroll.
  • You thrive on data-driven decision-making, tracking performance metrics and adapting strategies based on audience insights.
  • You know how to craft compelling captions and brand messaging that resonates.
  • You’re up to date with social media trends, platform algorithms, and engagement tactics,and you’re not afraid to experiment with new formats.
  • You can work independently, managing multiple projects while keeping content fresh, creative, and aligned with Beauty Butler’s brand.

Your responsibilities…

  • You will develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and customer retention.
  • You will manage and maintain our client’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • You will plan, schedule, and publish content, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
  • You will track, analyze, and interpret performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on trends and audience behavior.
  • You will create engaging multimedia content, including graphics, short-form videos, and written posts, that align with current social trends.
  • You will engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content.
  • You will collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors, helping to expand reach and visibility.
  • You will develop and oversee social media campaigns, competitions, and collaborations, measuring their success and driving growth.
  • You will work cross-functionally with other teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.

To be considered, you should have

  • Proven experience managing and growing brand social media accounts.
  • A strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools like Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Suite
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to craft engaging captions and brand messaging.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using social media analytics tools to track performance.
  • The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
