Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence across all major platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, growing our audience, and driving brand awareness through thoughtful storytelling and consistent community engagement.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos, and stories) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Plan and manage social media calendars and campaigns to ensure consistent posting and brand messaging.
  • Monitor performance analytics, track KPIs, and prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs promptly, and build meaningful online communities.
  • Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to recommend new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and communications teams to align content with broader brand campaigns.
  • Manage paid social media advertising and partnerships as needed.
  • Maintain brand tone and visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience (2–4 years) managing social media for a brand, agency, or organization.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.), and content creation platforms (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for digital storytelling and online community building.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with influencer marketing or brand collaborations.
  • Basic photography, videography, or editing skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO and email marketing integration.
  • Understanding of paid media management (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
