A social media manager is responsible for managing and planning the social media presence of the company. As a social media manager, you will strategize and execute digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and managing social media content designed to engage users, create brand awareness and increase sales.

  • Developing and implementing social media strategies.
  • Generating, editing, and sharing social media content.
  • Must be Good in Graphics design
  • Building social media presence by maintaining impactful online content and presence.
  • Responding to inquiries, comments and monitoring customer reviews.
  • Overseeing the employer’s website and social media accounts like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and TikTok
  • Staying up-to-date with technologies and trends on social media accounts.
  • Collaborating with, and assisting other teams like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency and growth
