We are on the lookout for a creative and organized Social Media Coordinator to enhance our digital footprint on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok. This position merges strategic planning, innovative content creation, and performance analysis to elevate brand awareness, engage our audience, and support business development.

Job Description/Requirements
- Coordinate a content calendar to maintain a steady and timely posting schedule.
- Formulate and implement social media strategies across a variety of platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, Pinterest, and others.
- Produce and distribute eye-catching visuals, videos (especially reels), stories, and captions that are tailored to each specific platform.
- Ensure that all content aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- Monitor and engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and tagged content.
- Evaluate social media metrics and report on growth in followers, reach, engagement, and the success of campaigns.
- Recognize trends and creatively apply them to boost brand recognition.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote campaigns, product launches, and special offers.
- Observe audience involvement and respond to feedback and messages swiftly and constructively.
- Lead community management on social media to cultivate brand loyalty and engage directly with consumer interactions and messages.
- Prior experience with social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit).
- Strong content creation skills-- including copywriting, video editing, and basic design using programs like CapCut, Adobe Suite, and Canva.
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Knowledge of platform-specific trends, best practices, and algorithm behaviors.
- Strong I.T. skills (proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks without daily supervision.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Observe audience participation and reply to messages and comments quickly and effectively
- Monitor key performance indicators (reach, engagement, followers, clicks, conversions) and compile regular performance analysis reports
- Basic proficiency in graphic design or video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut)
- Proficient in social media advertising, including Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Acquaintance with the market trends in digital consumer behavior.
- A Bachelor’s Degree is essential (in fields such as Marketing, Digital Media, Public Relations, Journalism, or similar disciplines)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a social media or communications position, ideally with at least 2 years overseeing corporate social media strategies for a recognized brand
- Demonstrated ability to create strategies that improve the organization's reputation among key audiences
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and others
