Shop Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the shop to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Supervise, train, and motivate shop staff to achieve excellent performance.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure the shop environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Track and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
• Handle cash management and ensure accurate daily financial reconciliations.
• Work with management to develop promotional activities to boost sales.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in retail management, sales, or customer service.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and financial management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
