Role Description
As a Shop Assistant at Sidom Enterprise, you will be responsible for assisting customers in the store during their visit. You will help customers in selecting doors and providing them with details about the features and benefits of our products. You will administer closing and opening the store, restocking and organising shelves, and making sure that all products are available in-store. This is a full-time on-site role located in Spintex close to Kasapreko junction.
Qualifications
- Proven record of excellent customer service and salesmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least one year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- Possess a high school diploma or higher education certificate.
- Able to multitask and take up additional responsibilities when necessary.
- Knowledge of door characteristics, measurements, and types is a plus.
