Job Summary

The Account Leader/Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining excellent relationships with our clients. The Account Leader/Relationship Manager maintains an ongoing level of engagement with key customers and builds trusting relationships with clients as well as protects the brand by maintaining a positive image. The Account Leader/Relationship Manager will assist clients with scoping and will serve as the middleman between our clients and technical team. The Account Leader/ Relationship Manager seeks out new business opportunities, advises clients on product/service solutions that meet their needs, and resolves any issues or complaints.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

● Work closely with clients to understand their individual needs and address these accordingly.

● Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of clients.

● Build long-term relationships with clients and customers.

● Oversee the relationship with customers handled by your team.

● Work quickly to address and resolve client issues.

● Keep clients updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.

● Help promote and maintain a positive company image.

● Meet with team leaders within the company to plan strategically.

● Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.



Qualifications and Criteria:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and criteria:

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Project Management.

● At least 3 - 5 years experience in a project management role.

● At least 3 - 5 years experience with software as a service.

● Must have experience in SaaS especially automation document.
