Responsibilities:
- Processing orders and transactions
- Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems
- Delivering information about the Companies offerings
- Providing proactive customer outreach
- Handling customer complaints
- Collecting and analyzing customer’s feedback
- Sales of ECG prepaid
Requirements:
- Qualification Required: SSSCE/HND
- Years of Experience: (1-2years’ experience)
- Computer Literacy
- Good communication skills
- Day and Night shift
Salary Range: Ghc 800.00- Ghc 1000.00
