Sales Lead - Refrigeration (Ghana)

Celtic Ghana Ltd. is looking for a motivated Sales Lead to be responsible for acquiring leads, new clients, and projects in refrigeration technology. You will be an expert in cold storage solutions, advising clients on the best products and techniques tailored to their specific needs. You will work closely with our technical team to provide optimal solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Actively search for new customers and business opportunities in the refrigeration sector.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Advise customers on our products and cooling technologies.
• Prepare quotes and follow up on leads.
• Collaborate with the technical team to translate customer needs into tailored solutions.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and expand our market share.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, preferably within refrigeration or a similar industry.
• Commercial insight and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French (a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Affinity with air conditioning and cooling technology is a plus.

What You Bring:

• At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in refrigeration or a related sector.
• A proactive, results-driven attitude with a passion for exploring new markets.
• Knowledge of air conditioning and cooling technology to perform your job efficiently.
• A degree in Sales & Marketing, or you’re simply a true sales professional with experience.
• Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with a team, reporting to management.
