We are hiring for Senior Recruiters from Ghana . He should be willing to work under Targets which will be atleast 30 cv Selects a month based on which he will get the salary. Incentives will be also lucrative which will be 15% of the Billing and its right from the first hire We need someone who is Go getter and dedicated and wouldnt do Dual Employment. Having Exit documents from the Past/ Current Company is a Must

- Communicate with candidates via Linkedin
- Ensures Right CV is sourced for the Right JD
- Ensures he achieves the Monthly Targets
Qualifications:
Incentives will be also lucrative which will be 15% of the Billing and its right from the first hire. CV Selects doesnt means hire but it means if you send us a CV and we Accept the CV as a Valid CV for that JD then its counted as 1 CV Select. A Good Recruiter can expect to earn 1 Million Nairas per month or Equivalent in Ghanian currency
