Job Summary
As a Senior Manager of Accounting, a key leader in the accounting organization, you will be working with the Finance team and company leadership to scale the internal accounting function. You should be comfortable with all aspects of accounting, including closing and consolidation processes across international subsidiaries, as well as with providing concise written and oral summaries of your findings to stakeholders across the organization including senior management. Success in this role will allow you to demonstrate best-in-class accounting operations acumen, the chance to help build a team and steer processes and procedures during Pipe’s next phase of growth.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Build scalable accounting processes to support global growth through automation and process development
- Oversee execution of the month-end close process and related activities including international subsidiaries (e.g. UK, Germany)
- Coordinate with 3rd party service providers on all aspects of accounting and tax including the coordination of annual audit and quarterly review activities of external auditors
- Partner with FP&A to support budget to actual variance analysis and management reporting on an ongoing basis
- Lead AR/AP and overhead control processes
- Stay current on evolving Accounting Standards pronouncements and updates under prevailing regulatory bodies (FASB, SEC), incorporating into current Company policy, as necessary
- Ad hoc projects and analysis for Controller as required

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6+ years of accounting experience, Big 4 or relevant industry company experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, CPA is a plus
- Proficiency in Gsuite, Excel and Netsuite; Good working knowledge of SQL, as well as business intelligence tools is a plus
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX/internal controls
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
- Ability to implement new financial information systems & processes geared towards increasing efficiency and controls for a maturing enterprise
