Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and coordination of all maintenance shutdowns in the gold processing plant and pastefill plant.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) programs aligned with industry standards, ensuring optimized equipment reliability.
- Utilize CMMS (Pronto Xi) to streamline maintenance planning and scheduling, ensuring accurate data tracking for work orders and maintenance history.
- Oversee project planning and coordination for engineering installations, upgrades, and modifications, using tools like Oracle Primavera Cloud.
- Promote a culture of safety by adhering to SHE policies, conducting risk assessments, and encouraging proactive risk management.
Educational/Professional Qualification, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, with at least 5 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Extensive experience in shutdown planning within a mining or heavy industrial environment.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.
- Valid driver's license.
