Senior Maintenance Planning Engineer (fpm)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and coordination of all maintenance shutdowns in the gold processing plant and pastefill plant.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) programs aligned with industry standards, ensuring optimized equipment reliability.
• Utilize CMMS (Pronto Xi) to streamline maintenance planning and scheduling, ensuring accurate data tracking for work orders and maintenance history.
• Oversee project planning and coordination for engineering installations, upgrades, and modifications, using tools like Oracle Primavera Cloud.
• Promote a culture of safety by adhering to SHE policies, conducting risk assessments, and encouraging proactive risk management.

Educational/Professional Qualification, Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, with at least 5 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Extensive experience in shutdown planning within a mining or heavy industrial environment.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.
• Valid driver's license.
