- Prepare action plans for sales team members for effective search of leads and prospects.
- Ensure that all new clients are taken through the standard process of card issuance, invoicing, premiums collection & member product and services education session.
- Scout for prospects and new business
- Identifying new sales leads, preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays, Pitching products and/or services.
- Send 200 proposals monthly.
- Ensuring that prospective clients’ businesses are underwritten in a current policy year.
- Initiate and coordinate development of action plan to penetrate new markets.
- Ensure that team members work according to the KPI set for the team
- Ensure that all team members meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and close.
