Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals through outbound sales calls. This role requires a strong understanding of the industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Telesales:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospects, existing clients, and partners to sell our products and services.
- Identify and address client needs, providing solutions to improve their business operations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Upsell and cross-sell existing clients to increase revenue and expand services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at existing clients.
Business Development:
- Identify and research potential clients, including senior-level executives, business owners, and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to reach new clients, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers to establish credibility and trust.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies, tactics, and materials.
- Report on external forces within the country and shift tactical strategic direction of accounts accordingly
- Align with HR on sales training calendars and ensure constant training and coaching of the team, including ongoing performance management.
- Other related activities and assignments as assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain sales collateral, including case studies, whitepapers, and presentation materials.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and build relationships with potential clients.
- Participate in internal sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop new sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales in a related industry, especially in B2B
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g. Zoho CRM) and Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of HR recruitment functions.
Working Conditions:
