Security Guards

• Patrol and Monitor: Regularly patrol the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, vandalism, or other security threats.
• Access Control: Enforce access control procedures, verifying the identity of individuals entering the premises.
• Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, taking appropriate action as necessary.
• Surveillance: Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of security-related activities, incidents, and observations, and write detailed reports as needed.
• Public Interaction: Provide assistance and support to employees and visitors, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
• Collaboration: Work with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when required, reporting any security breaches or safety hazards to management.
• Ensure all security systems, like the burglar alarms and CCTV are working properly.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in security is a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience as a security officer or in a related role is preferred.
• Good communication and Critical thinking skills.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to handle demanding situations, including remaining on their feet for extended periods and possibly dealing with physical confrontations.
• Must be able to work with speed.
• Observational Skills: Excellent observational skills to spot unusual occurrences or disturbances that could pose a threat.
• Must be able to observe situations and make appropriate response.
• Communication Skills: Good interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various social levels and across diverse cultures.
• Must have no criminal record.
