Job Summary

Assist MD to deal with daily business affairs and record, follow up and implement major business affairs of the company according to the rules and regulations of the branch and instructions of the superior.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities (KRA):

MD's daily affairs management

  • Maintain schedules and calendars, arrange and confirm appointments of MD
  • MD Receive incoming mails for MD and reply when authorized
  • Collect and submit all kinds of documents requiring MD approval
  • Apply MD’s Expenses, Coordinations, Special Relations, Product donations by Material Requisition for Public Relations

Management of official documents

  • Responsible for publicizing and supervising the notices issued by the company and MD
  • Prepare, draft and manage correspondence, reports and document either by copies or scan.

Meeting Arrangement

  • Assist MD to organize and initiate relevant meetings and form meeting minutes according to business needs of the company
  • Supervise and follow up meeting resolutions and assignments. Feedback the implementation to MD timely
  • Responsible for the visit, interview and reception related to MD

Filing system of documents

  • Assist to set up and maintain filing of all company documents in their respective folders, trademark certificate folders, Fire, EPA, GIPC, collate information and update the list

Others

  • Other work tasks arranged by the dept manager

  • Ability: Analysis and judgment ability, communication & good execution
  • Personality: Adhere to the principle, serious and responsible, high loyalty, pragmatic, strong stress tolerance

Education, Professional, and Work Experience

  • Bachelor and Above; Secretaryship and Management
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience

  • Business etiquette
  • Admin management
  • Conference affair management

Professional Skills

  • English speaking, reading, and writing
  • Document Writing
  • Data Analysis
  • General office skills
