Salesperson (Electrical Engineering Background)

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the electrical engineering sector.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Sales Team Management:

• Lead and oversee a team of sales representatives, ensuring team performance aligns with company objectives.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to sales staff to enhance their effectiveness.
• Monitor sales metrics, set performance goals, and conduct regular reviews.

Sales Strategy Execution:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s market presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with broader company goals.
• Generate and present regular sales reports to management.

Technical Expertise:

•  Utilize your electrical engineering knowledge to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Provide technical assistance and insights during client meetings and product presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, particularly in the electrical or technical sectors.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
