Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, including wholesalers, retailers, and fleet operators.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable tire products based on performance, budget, and application.
- Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and consultative selling.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to develop effective sales strategies.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the tire or automotive industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
