Job Summary
The company is a leading ready-mix concrete company, seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our Sales Department in Accra. The candidate will work directly under the Sales Manager and will be responsible for expanding our customer base, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned region.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct site visits, identify business opportunities, and promote company products.
- Collaborate with technical and production teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports to the Sales Manager.
- Assist in the collection of payments and ensure proper customer follow-up.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction or concrete industry.
- Prior experience working in Ghana or West Africa is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Age preferably below 40 years.
- Valid work permit or willingness to relocate to Ghana.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Preferred Nationality:
- Indian or Bangladeshi (candidates already residing or with prior experience in Ghana are highly preferred).
Salary: 2000USD
