The Sales rep. will be responsible for selling the company's products, identifying leads, recruit a sales force, educate prospects on new products and develop and maintain new customer base. The duties of the Sales representative must be geared towards the growth of sales of the company.
Minimum Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E)
Experience Level: Entry level
Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year
Must achieve set targets and goals.
Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and increases revenue.
Recruit and manage the sales force in order to achieve all commercial and corporate objectives.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Manage, develop, supervise and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and sales targets are met.
Good knowledge of the city of Accra and its environs.
Capacity to work alone without any supervision
Very high problem - solving skills.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Excellent salesperson capable of leading an end to end business conversation.
