Pre-requisites for this position
- Already have database of potential customers and important references that can impact the level of turnover and accelerate the growth of the company
- Having a Valid driving license and know how to drive very well both manual and automatic cars
- Good knowledge of the city of Accra and the important cities of the country (Takoradi, Kumasi, Tamale, Tema ...)
- Good comprehension and background in the following fields: Cybersecurity, systems integration, Cloud computing, Internet and Data Solutions
- Proven experience with an ICT, Telecommunication and Internet service provider
- Speaking, reading and writing of French will be a competitive advantage for this role.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Generating leads
- Identify new opportunities by implementing the sales process
- Meeting at 100% or exceeding sales goals
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
- Editing client and prospect proposals by generating the P&L
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports of sales activities
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
- Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring
- Present, promote and sell products/services (Internet, data, Cloud, Cybersecurity…) using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and key customer relationships (100% loyalty)
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
