Role Overview:

We seek a dedicated, customer-oriented, and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales to achieve company goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, driver engagements, and cold calling.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable product or service recommendations.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products/services to effectively present their features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Take ownership of the company’s leads funnel to ensure the highest rate of conversion, primarily for the rideshare market. 
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress reports.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by actively listening to their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and effective customer support.
  • Utilize our customer support software and systems to manage customer interactions and record relevant information accurately.


Qualifications:

  • First degree, additional education, or training in sales is an added advantage.
  • At least two years of sales experience, or experience in related field is an added advantage. 
  • Proven sales record, both on and off the field. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer interactions while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using sales software and systems.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in sales is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Empathetic and patient, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
