Pre-requisites for this position
- Already have database of potential customers and important references that can impact the level of turnover and accelerate the growth of the company
- Having a Valid driving license and know how to drive very well both manual and automatic cars
- Good knowledge of the city of Accra and the important cities of the country (Takoradi, Kumasi, Tamale, Tema ...)
- Good comprehension and background in the following fields: Cybersecurity, systems integration, Cloud computing, Internet and Data Solutions
- Proven experience with an IT firm or ISP or System integrator in Ghana or Africa.
- Speaking, reading and writing of French will be a competitive advantage for this role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generating leads
- Identify new opportunities by implementing the sales process
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients
- Edit client and prospect proposals by generating the P&L
- Deal with strategic key account
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports of sales activities
- Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
- Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
- Collaborate with other colleagues to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring
- Our solutions using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and key customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

- Capacity to work alone with little supervision

Requirements:
- Proven work experience of 5 years as a Sales representative or Business developer
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
