Our company is looking for a sales representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals

Job Description/Requirements

Pre-requisites for this position

  • Already have database of potential customers and important references that can impact the level of turnover and accelerate the growth of the company
  • Having a Valid driving license and know how to drive very well both manual and automatic cars
  • Good knowledge of the city of Accra and the important cities of the country (Takoradi, Kumasi, Tamale, Tema ...)
  • Good comprehension and background in the following fields: Cybersecurity, systems integration, Cloud computing, Internet and Data Solutions
  • Proven experience with an IT firm or ISP or System integrator in Ghana or Africa.
  • Speaking, reading and writing of French will be a competitive advantage for this role.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads
  • Identify new opportunities by implementing the sales process
  • Meet or exceed sales goals
  • Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients
  • Edit client and prospect proposals by generating the P&L
  • Deal with strategic key account
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports of sales activities
  • Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
  • Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
  • Collaborate with other colleagues to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring
  • Our solutions using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and key customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

  • Good presentation
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent salesperson and hands-on man capable of leading an end-to-end business conversation from identifying the need to closing the sale (Sales process/ Man or woman of field).
  • Enjoy taking on the most complex challenges (fast growing company) in a sometimes-difficult environment but a spirit of positivity, fighter and winner
  • Capacity to work alone with little supervision
  • Capacity to deal with serious pressure


Requirements:

  • Proven work experience of 5 years as a Sales representative or Business developer
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
