We are a leading food processing company specializing in natural, gluten free, ready-to-eat cereals, situated at Amrahia, off the Dodowa/Adenta Road. We seek the Services of a passionate and dedicated person to Join our Team.
Job Brief
Managing sales activities, ensuring that sales growth targets are met. This role will also have the responsibility in the future to guide and train Route Sales Supervisors and Regional Sales Executives to ensure operational excellence and effectiveness, as well as maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers and customers.
Responsibilities
• Lead the Sales team in planning the development of robust sales strategies
• To appoint new distributors to minimize the distribution gaps in the regions for intensive distribution
• Develop or increase business from existing customers by ensuring performance by product
• Responsible to achieve sales targets, maintain good relationship with dealers and distributors, understand & analyze competitor's products and drive distributors to attain targets.
• Deliver sales target for all products by executing the distribution strategy at the channel partner level.
• Attend local trade shows & exhibitions - working with the Marketing team on new product launches and variety of other market communications initiatives.
• Compile and submit / present monthly sales performance reports, market accompaniment
• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and distributors.

Requirements and Skills
The applicant should possess the following:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in FMCG sales with a track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Adaptability and a results-driven mindset.
