Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and driving sales growth for the company’s electrical products and solutions. This role requires a strong technical understanding of electrical equipment and systems, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals in a competitive market.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both industrial and commercial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors.
  • Present, promote, and sell electrical products and control equipment.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and site visits as needed.
  • Understand customer requirements and prepare tailored quotations, proposals, and tenders.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the technical and production teams to ensure customer specifications are met
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the company’s products.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the electrical manufacturing or power solutions industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical products and systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand technical specifications and interpret electrical drawings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and project locations as needed.
  • Prior experience in sales in the electrical or engineering sector.
  • Knowledge of local electrical standards and regulations.
  • Competitive base salary
  • Must have a car or a Motorbike with a valid license (Fuel allowance would be given)
  • Commission and performance-based incentives
