Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and driving sales growth for the company’s electrical products and solutions. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals in a competitive market.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both industrial and commercial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors.
- Present, promote, and sell electrical products and control equipment.
- Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and site visits as needed.
- Understand customer requirements and prepare tailored quotations, proposals, and tenders.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with the technical and production teams to ensure customer specifications are met
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the company’s products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the electrical manufacturing or power solutions industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical products and systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and interpret electrical drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and project locations as needed.
- Prior experience in sales in the electrical or engineering sector.
- Knowledge of local electrical standards and regulations.
