Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager at Norden Communication in Ghana. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales teams, developing sales strategies, cultivating relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role involves analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Team Leadership skills
- 5 year of minimum experience
- Experience in analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of ELV solutions or related industry experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience in sales management is a plus
