To manage the sales team and to ensure the meeting of the overall sales budget

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve 25% to 30% growth in 2022.
  • Meet the sales budget with the sales team (100% and more) by using the SMART strategy.
  • Maintain 100% of the existing customers with an effective account and loyalty management plan in order to increase their turnover with Up and Cross-selling techniques. Customer experience is
  • key and fundamental to success in this task.
  • Collaborate with the other departmental heads (Technical Manager, Finance Manager) to increase the revenue of the company.
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan (Dimension Action Plan/ DAP) that expands the company’s customer base and increases revenue.
  • Recruit and manage the sales force in order to achieve all commercial and corporate objectives.
  • Monitor the sales team performance via KPIs and put corrective measures in place to deal with all problems and difficulties arising from the analysis of these key performance indicators.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. The opportunities are outside and not within the office. He or she must grab them.
  • Manage, develop, supervise and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
  • Manage and supervise the sales administrator (Recovery statement, customer contracts, customer billing process, reconciliation with finance department).
  • Set the department annual budgets for 2022 (Sales budget, exploitation, and investment).


Pre-requisites for this position:

  • Already have a database of potential customers and important references that can impact the level of turnover and accelerate the growth of the company
  • Having a Valid driving license and know how to drive very well both manual and automatic cars
  • Good knowledge of the city of Accra and the important cities of the country (Takoradi, Kumasi, Tamale, Tema ...)
  • Own a personal vehicle
  • Bilingual person (English and French/ good reading and writing skills)
  • Good comprehension and background in the following fields: Cybersecurity, systems integration, Cloud computing, Internet and Data, ERP solutions.

  • Capacity to work alone without any supervision
  • Capacity to deal with serious pressure



Qualification and Experience:

  • Must have a BA / BSc Degree in a related field
  • Must have more than 5 years ICT sales experience
  • Must have at least 5 years experience in a Sales Manager position
  • Must have good strategic skills & tactical execution skills
  • Must be an analytical thinker who can plan/execute action to exploit sales opportunities
  • Proven working experience with key Telcos or ICT and Telecom companies in Ghana
