Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives within the fintech sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial technology solutions, proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, and the ability to build and manage high-performing teams. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, build client relationships, and deliver measurable business growth.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the fintech market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with financial institutions, SMEs, and corporate clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in the fintech, financial services, or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, digital payments, mobile banking, and emerging fintech solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable growth strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven sales management.


Salary Range: Ghs15,000 (Negotiable)

Location: Accra
