Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the fintech market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with financial institutions, SMEs, and corporate clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Lead, train, and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in the fintech, financial services, or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products, digital payments, mobile banking, and emerging fintech solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable growth strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven sales management.
Salary Range: Ghs15,000 (Negotiable)
