Job Summary
We’re looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Associate to join the Simpliexpand team. You’ll be responsible for identifying leads, closing deals, and driving the adoption of our marketing services, web development solutions, and SaaS platforms. This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys building client relationships and thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

Job Description/Requirements
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold outreach, referrals, and industry research.
- Present and pitch Simpliexpand’s offerings (SaaS tools, websites, branding, digital marketing) to prospective clients.
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, closing.
- Track leads, pipeline, and performance using CRM or tracking tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, tech) to tailor solutions for client needs.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
- Attend virtual or in-person events and represent Simpliexpand when needed.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields (agency or tech preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A strong sense of ownership, resilience, and target-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with sales tools like HubSpot, Notion, or Trello
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Passion for tech, marketing, or helping businesses grow is a bonus.
