- Minimum Qualification:MBA / MSc
- Experience Level:Mid level
- Experience Length:4 years
- Hire, coach, and support your team of Account Executives, tailoring your approach based on individual and client segments
- Manage pricing negotiations, product feedback, and internal discussions to speed up the sales cycle
- Maintain a solid understanding of the Hofy product, value proposition, and key features
- Use data to improve processes, drive results, and manage performance
- Work closely with the wider Sales team and collaborate with your peers - we learn and win together, no feedback is unwelcome
- 4 years+ of sales experience in a SaaS organization selling into the SMB/Mid-Market/Enterprise space & 1 years experience as a sales manager
- Natural ability to lead by example and roll up your sleeves
- A mindset to continuously improve and iterate, particularly when it comes to rapidly evolving processes and structures
- An effective coach and people manager, enabling talent to grow and be their best selves
- Strong commercial acumen, with a data-driven and structured approach to forecasting, reporting and decision-making
