Sales people needed. As a Sales Executive, you will be pivotal in driving the sales and distribution of our ready-mix concrete products to construction firms, contractors, and prospective customers within Accra & Tema, Ghana.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular visits to construction sites, building relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to maximise sales and market penetration.
- Actively prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
- Provide professional product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and features of our ready-mix concrete solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and management to develop pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends using our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our products and services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics established by the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and familiarity with concrete products is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
